Insurance

We accept limited insurance plans, but are working toward expanding the list of accepted plans. If your insurance is not listed below, then we are happy to work with your insurance company to determine if your case can be funded via a single case agreement.

Alternatively, if you prefer to pay out of pocket, we will provide you with an itemized bill, called the "Superbill," which you may submit directly to your insurance carrier for reimbursement to you. Please note that you generally get a percentage of the total out of pocket costs.

If your child's school or other entity will be funding the evaluation, we will complete a contract with them. Please note that only the minimum necessary information is shared with the payor. We will inform you of what information will be provided and how the information will be used.

Insurance Reimbursement:

If you have a health insurance policy, it may provide some coverage for mental or behavioral health treatment, including neuropsychological and psychological evaluation. We will fill out forms and provide you with whatever assistance we can in helping you receive the benefits to which you are entitled. However, in many cases you (not your insurance company) are responsible for full payment of our fees. It is very important that you find out exactly what mental health/psychological services your insurance policy covers. In most cases, we will call your insurer on your behalf and inquire about benefits for our services. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information provided to us, and you may wish to verify your benefits directly with your insurer.

Payment

We accept checks, major credit or debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), as well as, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), as forms of payment. You can pay directly in the Client Portal or you may call our office for payment options.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend an appointment, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
